About the course

IPA Endoscopic Spine Techniques Masterclass is an exclusive one-day cadaver-based hands-on training focused on endoscopic spine procedures using the MaxMoreSpine® Endoscopic System. Limited to only 8 participants, the course provides intensive practical training with expert faculty in a dedicated cadaver laboratory environment.

The IPA Endoscopic Spine Techniques Masterclass is an exclusive cadaver-based educational course designed to provide physicians with practical experience in modern endoscopic spine techniques.

The one-day hands-on training focuses on the essential technical foundations of endoscopic spine procedures, including anatomical orientation, fluoroscopic guidance, endoscopic access techniques, instrument handling and procedural workflow.

Participants will train on fresh cadaver specimens using dedicated endoscopic equipment and C-arm guidance, allowing them to develop practical skills in a realistic laboratory environment.


The practical session will focus primarily on:


  • Transforaminal endoscopic approach
  • Interlaminar endoscopic approach
  • Endoscopic visualization and navigation
  • Working cannula positioning and instrument handling
  • Endoscopic facet joint approaches
  • Endoscopic sacroiliac (SI) joint approaches

The course is designed for interventional pain physicians, spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons and physicians interested in minimally invasive spine techniques.


The exclusive format, with only 8 participants4 experienced faculty members and 2 cadaver workstations, ensures extensive hands-on exposure, direct faculty supervision and an individualized learning experience.


The course is organized by the Interventional Pain Academy (IPA) in collaboration with MaxMoreSpine®.
